I call this the 'Dr. Seuss' cake... it's quirky and fun like my daughter, who just celebrated her birthday. And it sort of looks like a hat that belongs in a Seuss book. This creation is all her favorites combined into one -- red velvet cake, cheesecake, and the color purple. Love you, sweet girl.
